How to convert .mdb file in to sql server ?

This can be easily accomplished with an SQL statement.

Something like:

UPDATE
Tablename

SET
FileName = "NameOfDBFile";

You would of course need a column named "FileName" and the value of filename would need to be passed to the routine. Once that's done, just append the recordset to the existing DB table and you should be good to go.

Connect to the sql server using management studio.
Then right click on the database where you want the data to be imported (or create a new one)
Select tasks/import data. Select as Data source: Microsoft Access.
Point to the .mdb and follow the wizard-steps.
